The contract concluded between Mamma Jumbo Shrimp srl and the customer falls under the category of distance contracts referred to in Articles 51 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU. 

A distance contract is defined as any contract concluded between a supplier (Mamma Jumbo Shrimp srl) and a consumer (user and user) under an organized scheme of distance sales or provision of services that does not provide for the simultaneous physical presence of the supplier and the consumer, through the use of remote means of communication (e.g., telephone, fax, web etc.) until the conclusion of the contract (itself carried out at a distance). 

The contract, which has as its object the sale of goods and services is understood to be concluded with the acceptance, even partial, by Mamma Jumbo Shrimp srl of a purchase proposal issued by the customer, via the Internet, on the website www.mammajumboshrimp.com; this acceptance is considered tacit, unless specific communications made to the customer/user. By placing an order, which must be complete in all its parts, the Customer declares: that he/she is a consumer in accordance with the provisions of Article 3, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Consumer Code; that he/she is of legal age; that the data provided for the execution of the contract are correct and true; that I have read and fully accepted the General Conditions of Sale indicated herein. 

Prices 

All prices of the products in the catalog on the mammajumboshrimp.com website and any sites linked to it are expressed in EURO and include VAT. They do not include, however, any fees, duties and taxes applicable in the country of destination of purchases, where this is different from Italy. Mamma Jumbo Shrimp srl reserves the right to change the price of the items, at any time, without notice, it being understood that the price charged to the user will be the one indicated on the website at the time of sending the order and that no account will be taken of any changes (up or down) after the transmission of the same, except for increases imposed by law in relation to taxes, duties and/or events beyond the control of Mamma Jumbo Shrimp srl 

Purchases made Mamma Jumbo Shrimp srl are governed by Italian mail order law. If you have made a mistake in your purchase or are otherwise dissatisfied, you have 15 business days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, which is the option to return the product(s) and be reimbursed for the expense. We will accept the return of items as long as they are in like-new condition and refund the cost incurred. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal and initiate the return of one or more items, visit this page. Mamma Jumbo Shrimp srl will arrange for the goods to be picked up by express courier at the agreed address. 

You will not incur any cost for the collection, it is the responsibility of Mamma Jumbo Shrimp srl 

Damaged goods: if you should receive damaged goods, notify us within 5 working days mentioning "damaged items" in the subject line of the email (or call 0458103932). 

Refunds 

Refunds are made within 10 business days of receipt of the returned package. Refund methods are as follows: If the order was settled by Credit Card, you can request that the amount be credited to your Credit Card; If the order was settled by Paypal, you can request the amount to be credited to your Paypal account; If the order has been paid cash on delivery, you can request the crediting of the amount to your bank account by bank transfer. 

Complaints 

Any complaint must be made in writing, by registered letter A/R to Mamma Jumbo Shrimp srl, Viale del Lavoro, 8 37135 Verona (VR). 

Any civil and/or criminal dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and breach of the distance selling contract will be under the territorial jurisdiction of the reference court where the Customer has his residence or domicile, if located in the territory of the Italian state. In all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Verona.
